Payment & Fees

to book a room

  • Payment due in full no later than 4 business days prior to the event. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking.
  • Cancellation Fee: Greater amount of $25, or 20% of the rental price (If cancellation is less than 7 business days prior to event).
  • $25 fee if you fail to reset room at the end of an event.

  2. Download a room rental application and send to lludates@gmail.com
  3. After you email your rental application call
    ‚Äč713-529-4414 (Mon-Fri 9:30-5pm) to check on availability and to tour rooms.
  4. Pay deposit or pay in full.

Affordable Richmond Ave meeting rooms

Maximum availability is Monday-Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm. On rare occasions, we may have limited space available weeknight from 6:30 pm to 10 pm or on Saturdays.



  • All rooms have tables for participants (2 per table) and at least 2 whiteboards.
  • Free high-speed WIFI.
  • Convenient free parking.
  • You may also provide your own catering.
  • Padded chairs.

How We keep our prices Low

LLU Corporate of Leisure Learning Unlimited has several meeting and training rooms available for rental. Our meeting rooms are close to the Galleria, Greenway Plaza, and Westchase.

Throughout the year, Leisure Learning Unlimited offers hundreds of classes at night. This enables us to offer daytime meeting space at below market prices. To keep prices down, each room has its own standard layout. You may rearrange the room, but you are required to return it to the standard layout at the end of your event. There is a $25 fee for failure to reset your room. You will need to provide your own audiovisual equipment. (Some rooms have a video projector that is provided in the price of the room.)
